1. Clinical-Grade Encryption

All patient interactions via the WhatsApp Business API are protected by end-to-end encryption. This ensures that only the clinic and the patient can read the messages—neither Algentify nor Meta can access medical specifics.

2. HIPAA & GDPR Ready

We partner with Tier-1 Business Solution Providers (BSPs) that maintain high standards of data safety. We ensure that any data processed for appointment scheduling or reminders follows strict local privacy laws and international healthcare standards.

3. Zero Data Selling

Algentify will never sell patient contact or medical data to third parties. Data is used strictly for the functional purpose of the clinic's automation (reminders, bookings, and FAQs).

4. Consent-Based Communication

We follow a strict Opt-in Only policy. We only automate messages to patients who have explicitly agreed to be contacted by the clinic. Every message includes a clear "Stop" or "Unsubscribe" option to give patients full control over their data.
